No More Room in Hell 2 broadway guide runs like other CRC Objective drops: scatter spawn, loot, group, push a linear-but-randomized task chain, then extract. Broadway’s chain lives in a night city instead of a plant yard. Official 1.0 copy still applies — early extract keeps the Responder; final extract pays Character XP and Credits from team Supplies. Welcome notes · 1.0 notes.

| Beat | What you do | Do not |
|---|---|---|
| Spawn / diner block | Loot melee, pills, batteries; ping the nearest Responder | Solo-sprint a C4 plant because the street looks empty |
| Courthouse C4 | Stack, plant, hold the blast window, then leave | Shoot the lobby “to make space” before the charge is down |
| Movie Theatre | Melee aisles, one light, one rear watch | Spray seats from the balcony and call it a clear |
| Rooftops | Cross blocks, drop on isolated Walkers, stay off the skyline when a gun is out | Sprint every roof as a loot farm |
| Train extract | Board on the window, or abort if veins / empty bottle / missing kit | Start the last interact “because we are so close” while someone is collapsing |
Broadway looks like a city you could loot forever. That is the wipe. CRC tasks point you at a diner, a courthouse, a theatre, a roof connector, then a train. Side blocks exist to refill stamina items and batteries, not to complete a shopping list. If the squad is already on the next prompt, you are late, not thorough.
Objective maps randomize start and task order. Broadway still recycles the same night-city kit: commercial interiors, a courthouse explosive beat, a dark theatre, vertical streets, and a train finale. Learn those five shapes and the prompt can shuffle without you getting lost. The maps hub lists the other five Objective drops if you need a daylight contrast.
A night city does not forgive a split squad the way a wide plant yard sometimes does.
Learn five nodes, not every alley. This No More Room in Hell 2 broadway guide treats diner, Courthouse C4, Movie Theatre, rooftops, and the train as the readable set. Community notes and Steam’s Queens night framing agree: it is commercial, multi-story, and dark. Steam.
| Area | What it is | Fight / tool | Fail state |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diner / shop block | Early commercial interior — booths, kitchen, stock room | Melee in the kitchen line; loot pills and batteries here | Gunfire through glass that pulls the street |
| Courthouse C4 | Civic building used for an explosive CRC beat | Stack, plant, hold; save a gun for Runners after the blast | Planting solo, then getting grabbed on the charge |
| Movie Theatre | Dark aisles, seats, booth, possible balcony | One flashlight, melee the rows, rear watch on the exit | Spraying the house lights with an unsuppressed rifle |
| Rooftops | Vertical connectors between blocks | Drop on isolated Walkers; cross, do not camp | Standing on a lit edge while a teammate is stealthing below |
| Streets / alleys | Night roads between POIs | Walk, listen, shove; guns only on Runners that will catch you | Sprinting the middle of the avenue “because it is faster” |
| Train extract | Commonly cited Broadway finale window | Board as a squad; treat it like any loud extract pad | Boarding a collapsing infected Responder — extract |
The diner is where most squads learn Broadway’s interior rules: tight booths, a kitchen with bad swing arcs, and glass that turns a Quick swing into a street pull if you panic-fire. Take a reach melee, a bandage, Phalanx if it spawned, and batteries. Then leave. Holding the diner “until everyone is kitted” is how the first Runner pack finds you still in the stock room.
C4 at the courthouse is a planned loud beat. You do not sneak a courthouse explosion. You sneak the approach, stack at the door, plant, and spend the hold on melee plus one reserved mag for whatever the blast pulls. If two Responders are already infected, this is a valid abort point — the extract page is the decision sheet, not “one more civic building.”
The theatre is the darkest commercial interior on the usual chain. Aisles hide Crawlers. A balcony or booth gives height and also dumps you into a drop if you backpedal. One light in the lead, one player watching the exit, melee down the rows. A gunshot in a tiled house is a city-block invitation.
Roofs let you skip a street horde and drop onto a Walker that has not seen you. They also silhouette you against night sky if a flashlight is on. Cross, ping the next stair, drop. Do not farm every roof shack while the prompt is already on the train.
If you want a daylight medical contrast after this night city, Hospital is the other P0 interior map.
Broadway fights are vertical and loud. Interiors favour melee: shove, recover, then swing. Streets and roofs punish empty stamina because a grab on a stair is a fall plus a bite. Save guns for Runners in the open and for the train window.

| Space | Default tool | When a gun is allowed | Stamina note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diner kitchen / shop hall | Quick + shove | Runner in the doorway you cannot reset | Do not Charged in a booth |
| Courthouse lobby / stairs | Shove, then Strong on isolated heads | Post-blast Runner pack | Empty bar on stairs is a fall-bite |
| Theatre aisle | Quick down the row; finish Crawlers | Prime that will not stagger | One swing arc — your teammate is in the next seat |
| Rooftop / fire escape | Drop, Quick, move | Never as a greeting — sound carries down | |
| Street / alley | Walk and listen; shove a grab | Runner that will catch the rear player | Sprint only between cover, not down the avenue |
Booths, pew-width aisles, and courthouse stairs all steal swing space. The melee string still holds: shove (F), step, then Quick or Strong. Charged in a crowd is how a Broadway kitchen becomes an infection event. Sharp legs left as Crawlers in a dark aisle will bite the next Responder who walks the same row. Finish them.
Roofs, balconies, and theatre booths put Walkers above you. A body that drops onto a stamina-empty player is a free grab. Before you commit a stairwell, listen up, then down. If you must shoot a rooftop Runner, you have just advertised the block — rotate off that roof instead of looting the next HVAC closet.
Hospital interiors are tight too, but they are daytime. Broadway adds night plus height. That is why community talk often ranks this night city harder than Power Plant — see the maps hub.
Night lighting makes the flashlight a noise-and-attention trade, not a default toggle. Batteries still drain. A gun-light on the Rail slot helps dark interiors and still paints you on a rooftop. Turn light on to read a room, then off to move.
| Moment | Light | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Street crossing with moon / signage | Off | You can silhouette without helping every Walker see you |
| Diner kitchen, stock, theatre aisle | On for the lead only | One cone is enough; two cones mark two targets |
| Courthouse plant / hold | On at the charge, off on the exit | You need to see the interact; you do not need a beacon on the stairs |
| Rooftop cross | Off | A lit edge is a skyline ping for everything below |
| Train pad | On if the squad is stacked and the window is live | The extract is already loud — seeing the grab matters more than stealth |
| Dead batteries | Melee + listen, or abort the dark POI | Empty cells are dead weight; loot them on the diner pass |
A flashlight lets you see a Crawler between seats. It also tells every infected in the cone where the living are. Broadway’s commercial glass and open streets bounce that cone farther than a plant basement. Lead player lights the interact. Everyone else keeps the beam off unless they are checking a corner the lead cannot see.
1.0 still drains flashlight cells. Treat them like Phalanx uses: count them, say the count, and do not walk into the Movie Theatre on an empty tube. A gun-light does not remove that rule. Attachment details stay on weapons; this page’s job is the night-city habit.
If the squad is already infected and the theatre is still dark, you are in the extract branch, not the “find more cells” branch.
Train extract is the commonly cited Broadway finale. The pad is a timed, loud window like any other CRC extract: board alive and you keep the Responder; collapse in the window and you can turn on the squad. Rules live on extract; infection clocks live on infection.
| Call | You keep | You risk |
|---|---|---|
| Final train, squad stable, pills unused | Character XP and Credits from team Supplies | The usual loud-pad horde |
| Final train, one cough, doses left | The same payout if they still control the character | A stage jump during the board |
| Final train at veins / empty bottle | Almost nothing if they convert on the car | A hostile zombie inside the extract |
| Early extract before the train | The Responder (levels, skills, loadout) | Little Character XP; a small Credits trickle |
| Stay to “finish C4 / theatre” while collapsing | A possible full chain | A deleted slot for a node you already failed |
Boarding does not cure infection in the field. If you are on the car alive, the condition does not carry into the next deployment. If you turn on the platform, you are a Prime-adjacent problem for the people who were covering you. Call stage and remaining Phalanx uses before anyone starts the last interact. Gene Therapy is still one kit per match — do not hunt it on the far roof while the train is live.
Official 1.0 framing: early extract protects the character and pays little; final extract converts Supplies into Credits. A night city with a missed C4 hold or a theatre wipe is a classic abort. Do not start the train “because we walked this far” if two expensive Responders are at hallucinations. Rescue Beacon blocks one character-loss event and occupies a loadout slot — it does not stop a conversion on the pad.
Daytime Hospital uses the same extract math with a different building. The clock is still infection versus greed.
Scan this before you queue the night city again. Most deleted slots here are process errors: a solo C4, a lit rooftop, or a collapsing board.
| Mistake | Fix |
|---|---|
| Farming the whole block | Follow the CRC prompt; diner loot then leave |
| Solo Courthouse C4 | Group-up ping, then plant — this page’s chain table |
| Spraying the Movie Theatre | Melee the aisles; guns are a noise budget — melee |
| Flashlight on a rooftop sprint | Beam off to cross; on only for the next interior |
| Empty batteries into the theatre | Loot cells on the diner pass or skip the node |
| Charged swing in a booth or aisle | Shove, step, Quick — same string as the melee guide |
| Ignoring a cough on the train pad | Infection then extract — abort or peel |
| Silent split across two roofs | Proximity voice is short; ping and stack |
| Treating Broadway as the first map | Run Power Plant or Solo first; compare on maps |
| Boarding a collapsing teammate | Early extract or peel — do not drag veins onto the car |
On every prompt, say the node, the light plan, and whether the squad is aborting. That is the whole No More Room in Hell 2 broadway guide loop: diner quiet, courthouse stacked, theatre one-beam, roofs dark, train honest. The beginner guide is the first-drop order; this page is the Queens night version.

Community often ranks dense night cities harder than the daylight industrial start. Power Plant is the usual first route. Broadway adds darkness, vertical fights, and tighter interiors.
Learn diner / shop block, Courthouse C4, Movie Theatre, rooftops, and the train extract. Side streets refill batteries and pills; they are not the objective.
A civic explosive beat on the CRC chain. Stack, plant, hold the pull, then leave. Do not solo the charge.
Train extract is the commonly cited finale. Early extract is still legal if infection or wipes stack. See extract.
No. One beam in dark interiors, off on streets and rooftops. Batteries drain. A gun-light still paints you on a skyline.
Melee interiors and roofs. Save guns for Runners in the street and for the train window. See melee.
Objective. Survival uses Flooded, Lighthouse, and Night of the Living Dead. Full list on maps.
The maps hub, extract for abort vs train, Hospital for a daytime interior contrast, then melee for the shove string.
